Dates Half KG
Clarified Butter( GHEE) 1 tbs
Dry Fruits mix half cup crushed
Sesame 2 tbs
Deseed and chop the dates. Heat butter in a pan and put chopped dates in it. Fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Add dry fruit and sesame. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more
Spread it in a dish. Cut square pieces with knife and leave to cool. When cool, serve it.
* You can make balls of this mixture too.
*I used almonds, pistachio and wall nuts, you can use any other fruits of your choice.
* Don’t put sugar in it because dates are already very sweet.
* You can keep these in refrigerator for months. 🙂
