Ingredients:
- Potatoes (Half Kg, boiled, peeled and mashed)
- Peas (boiled one cup)
- Onion (Chopped One small)
- Green chilies (Chopped two)
- Coriander leaves (Chopped two table spoons )
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Egg (one beaten)
- Oil for frying
- Bread crumbs as needed
* METHOD: Put potatoes in a bowl, add salt, paper, onion,peas, green chili, coriander leaves, mix it gently. * Now make round shaped cutlets or any other shape you like. * Heat oil in a frying pan, dip the cutlets in egg one by one, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry. * Serve with ketchup or relish. * These are very different in taste.
