-INGREDIENTS:

*Chicken-cleaned and washed half KG

*Tomatoes-3 or 4 medium size chopped

*Green Chilies- chopped 2 tbl spoons

*Lemon Juice- 2 tbl spoons

*Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbl spoons

*Coriander Leaves chopped-2 tbl spoons

*Black pepper powder- 1 tea spoon

*Salt-to taste

*whole dry coriander-1 tea spoon

*White Cumin-1 tea spoon

*Oil-half cup

METHOD: Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame. Put chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry till the color of chicken changed. Add salt and tomatoes. Cover the pan and leave to cook on low flame till chicken is tender.

Roast whole coriander and cumin in a pan and crush them. Add in chicken.When chicken is tender and water dries up, then add chilies, lemon juice and black pepper. Cover the pan and leave to cook for five minutes on very low flame.

After five minutes turn off the flame add coriander leaves.Serve with roti or naan and raita. 🙂
