*Boneless fish-half KG

*Potato-one medium size, boiled,peeled and mashed

*Garlic paste-one table spoon

*Salt-to taste

*Red chilies-crushed one tea spoon

*Black pepper-half tea spoon

*Coriander leaves-chopped two table spoons

*Lemon juice- one table spoon


*Oil for frying

METHOD:Marinate fish, with crushed chilies,garlic paste and one tea spoon salt, for two hours.Put fish in a pan and cook it in its own water till fish is tender and moisture evaporates. Mash the fish and mix it with potatoes. Add salt to taste, lemon juice, black pepper and coriander leaves. Mix it and make kebabs in any shape you like. Beat egg with a pinch of salt. Heat the pan put 2-3 table spoons oil. Dip kebabs in egg and fry till like golden in color.

  • Serve with ketchup or chutni.
  • You can coat kebabs with bread crumbs.
