INGREDIENTS:

Boneless chicken-cubes half KG

Lemon Juice- 2 table spoons

Chili Powder-1 teaspoon

Salt- to taste

Cumin seeds- half teaspoon

Coriander seeds-  half teaspoon

Onion-1 medium chopped

Green chilies- 2, 3 chopped

Coriander leaves- chopped 2 table spoons

Corn flour- 2 table spoons

Gram flour(besan)-4 table spoons

Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 table spoon

Oil- for deep frying

METHOD:

Marinate chicken with all ingredients except corn flour and gram flour.

Refrigerate chicken to marinate for one hour. Before frying add in corn flour and gram flour and mix it well.

Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry chicken cubes on medium flame, till light gold in color.
