This is a very easy and delicious sweet dish.
- Daal moong- one cup
- Milk- 2 cups
- Sugar- Half cup
- Ghee (clarified butter)- 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder- half tsp
- Pistachio and almonds for garnishing- crushed
- Cook daal in milk. When soft, grind it down to a smooth puree. Heat ghee in a pan and cook daal mixture til it changes color. Add sugar and cardamom powder . When mixture thickens, set on a greased tray and cut into desired shapes or serve as it is. Garnish with crushed pistachio an almonds.Enjoy 🙂
