INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken wings- half kg
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • green chilies- 2-3 chopped
  • Oil for frying- 4 tbsp
  •                            METHOD:
  • Marinate wings with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice for half an hour.Heat the oil in a pan, put wings with all spices and fry on high flame for 5-6 minutes.Then cover the pan and leave wings to cook on very low flame.When moisture dries up add chopped green chilies, again fry wings on medium flame for 2 minutes.  Turn off the flame and serve with fried potato cubes or french fries.
