INGREDIENTS:

  • White flour- half kg
  • Soda bi carb- 1 tsp
  • Baking powder- 1, 1/2  tsp
  • Yogurt- 1 1/2 cup
  • Milk- as required
  • Salt- to taste
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  •                  METHOD:
  •  Mix together flour, soda, baking powder, salt, yogurt and oil, in a big bowl.knead this mixture with milk to form the dough.Cover the dough and keep a side for 4-5 hours.The dough will rise.
  • Make medium size balls of dough and make like roti  one by one with rolling pin.Heat the pan, put 2 tbsp oil on it and put Naan on it. Again put 2-3 tbsp oil on Naan and turn the side. Cook on medium flame.
  • Delicious naans are ready to eat.Serve with any type of curry and enjoy. 🙂
